  • Drop off is between 8:30 and 8:55am. Please make sure your child is here and ready to jump into camp by 9:00am. Pick up is at 3:00pm Monday through Thursday. On Friday, July 28 we will have our end of camp showcase from 3:30 - 4:30pm (more info below) so pickup on that day is at 4:30pm.

There is a small parking lot at the church with a loop for drop-offs (see here for map). Our staff will be there to greet campers at the door when you arrive. To avoid a bottleneck please try and have speedy drop offs/pick-ups. If you would like to walk your child into the building for drop off, please park in the Church parking lot or in the downtown parking garage, which is nearby on Cherry Street.

Please consult this map for more information on parking and drop off.

    • Packed cold lunch (please nothing that needs heating up)

    • We will be providing a snack in the morning and the afternoon and will refrain from offering anything on the allergy list

    • Reusable water bottle

    • Instrument(s) (if applicable)

Check out the full line-up of performers here out the full line-up of performers here.

  • We will have two showcases during the week to share what we’re learning at camp. Showcases are not mandatory to attend but we would LOVE to have as many campers, friends, and family members as possible in attendance!

    • Wednesday, 7/26 - 6-7pm at the Fletcher Free Library. Camp staff and campers will perform.

    • Friday, 7/28 - 3:30-4:30pm - Last day showcase at the First Congregational Church. Friends and family are invited to join us and help celebrate our week of learning and fun!
